Youth Girls Football

From under 13s, your child will play competitive football for premierships on a larger field (*note U13s will be a maximum field size of 150m). 

Competitions are structured by Divisions – Division 1 being the top level in the age group.  The number of divisions depends on the number of teams submitted by clubs.

U13 Girls

Born between 1 July 2012 and 30 June 2014

Training Times:
Pre Season:
Mondays – 4:15pm to 5:15pm at Merrimac High starting 2 Feb
Wednesdays 4:15 to 5:30pm at St Vincents starting 4 Feb

In Season (from March 30)
Mondays 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Alan Nielsen Oval
Wednesday 4:15pm to 5:15pm at Club Oval 

Fees
Registration Fees: $420 + uniforms

U15 Girls

Born between 1 July 2010 and 30 June 2012

Training Times:
Pre Season:
Mondays and Wednesdays – 4:30pm to 5:45pm at Merrimac High starting 9 Feb

In Season (from March 30)
Mondays 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Alan Nielsen Oval
Wednesday 5pm to 6pm at Club Oval 

Fees
Registration Fees: $470 + uniforms

U17 Girls

Born between 1 July 2008 and 30 June 2010

Training Times:
Pre Season:
Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30 to 5:45pm at Club Oval (starting 2 Feb)
(Wednesdays move to 5pm-6pm starting March)

In Season (from March 30)
Mondays 5pm to 6pm at Club Oval
Wednesday 5:45pm to 7pm at Alan Nielsen Ovals

Fees
Registration Fees: $470 + uniforms

Competition start dates will be announced in early 2025.
Games are generally on Sundays, but may be an occasional Friday night game.

Required uniforms are – blue shorts, socks, polo shirt – $85 for all 3 items.  Uniforms can be purchased online or at Uniform Shop when open.

Registration fees cover insurance, club and AFL registration, a trophy or medal at Presentation day, and a whole lot of fun throughout the season!
