Auskick Play (5-7 year olds)
Auskick Play is a super fun, social and safe AFL development program for boys and girls between the ages of 5-7 (born between 1 July 2019 and 31 December 2021).
It’s an extension to the Auskick program, where participants can further develop their football skills, social skills and match play in a local club environment before officially starting Junior Club Football in Under 8’s.
No tackle, smaller field size, 6-a-side teams, fun and safe!
Auskick Play is played on Friday afternoons at Broadbeach, between 4pm and 5pm. Locations will change week by week between the Club oval and Merrimac High School. The Auskick Play season starts in Term 2
Boys and girls will be placed into teams based on school and friendship groups, and participate in the sessions as a group – 10-15 minutes of warm up and then a 3-period game.
Please note: those players born in the first half of 2019 are encouraged to join the Junior Football program, however they can join in with Superstars if there’s no space, or you feel your child is not ready for Junior football yet.
