Returning Player Form

Please use this form to indicate whether your child will be playing again with the Cats in 2026, or otherwise.

If your child did not play at Broadbeach in 2025, please complete an Expression of Interest form

This information will help the club determine numbers for the 2026 season, and will also assist with the management of new players and transfers in from other clubs.

Please note, while this will secure your spot, to participate in the season, registration and full payment is required by March 1.
