The Toyota Good for Footy raffle is here!
We’re raising funds for you. Fundraising helps our club keep participation affordable, provide quality equipment and coaching, maintain safe facilities, and ensure every child has the opportunity to enjoy and develop through sport.
But we need your help! We’re trying to get to $10,000 during this raffle period!
Each raffle ticket is only $5, and can put in you in the running to win unbelievable prizes – Cars, “Money Can’t Buy” experiences with AFL stars, training clinics, tickets and vouchers – and more.
BUT as an added incentive for Broadbeach Cats Families
We’re running a competition within the club, pitting teams against each other in a Fundraising race!
The TEAM that raises the most funds (averaged per person in team) will receive 10% of the club’s TOTAL funds raised in the raffle, to do with what they wish!
Your team may want to put on a team dinner, or head out on a team activity somewhere, or pick up some great equipment for next season! It’s your choice!
How the competition works – say U15 Boys Div 2 raise $2000, and U8 Mixed Cats raise $1200. Both amazing efforts – but because there’s a big difference between 12 people in the U8s, vs 22 people in the U15s. So averaged per person – the 15s raised $90.91 per person, but the Cats raised $100 – so the Cats would get the prize in this case!
Raising funds is easy – just share the link for your team AS MUCH AS YOU CAN – family, friends, at the local shops – wherever you like. Just get it out there raising funds!
The fundraising competition will run until Thursday August 27, with the winning team announced at their presentation event (and on website and social media).
